I loved the shared bathrooms with showers, they were always clean and convenient. Plus, the free WiFi was a bonus, keeping my kids entertained during our stay.
Personally, I would have preferred private bathrooms, but it's just my preference.

Great location! The hotel is conveniently situated near many popular attractions and there are plenty of cafes, bars, and restaurants in the area. It's also easy to get back to the hotel late at night, as there is always someone at the door keeping an eye out. the staff, especially the lady who seemed to be running the place, were really friendly and helpful.
The room we stayed in was a bit disappointing. It was extremely hot, even with the fan on, and the heat made it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Enjoyed a continental breakfast and took advantage of the free Wi-Fi and bicycle rental. Good location near Chao Fa Ngum Statue and Ban Anou Night Market.
Such a shame that the beds were as hard as a wooden shelf.

I stayed at Orange Backpacker for 3 nights during my trip to Laos. The staff were friendly and quickly accommodated our request for a room with a window. The location was convenient, with restaurants and a ministore nearby. The room was cozy and I even got a free upgrade to a balcony. The bed sheets were clean and the room was cleaned whenever we asked. The WiFi was acceptable and the overall experience was great.
I would recommend this hotel.

I stayed at this budget hostel and got great value for my money. The room was basic but clean, and it's one of the few hostels that offer private double rooms for a cheap price. The location was perfect, close to the night market and food markets, and the staff were lovely and spoke excellent English. They even offered reliable and affordable transport to other destinations in Laos.
The only thing that could make the morning meal better is a wider variety of options.
